Cheese & Wine Pairing at Classified
More than 50 guests joined us at Classified to enjoy a cheese and wine pairing event hosted by Cheese Master Patrice Marchand this week. An event for two nights only in Hong Kong, Patrice guided the guests through the tasting of 5 artisanal cheeses, and 2 white wines and 1 red wine handpicked by Cuvees' wine expert.
