Peller Estates Executive Chef Jason Parsons and Winemaker Katie Dickieson hosted the group for a estate tour inlcuding a visit to the 10Below Lounge where they sampled Peller Estates award-winning Vidal Icewine and then enjoyed a Canadian inspired barbeque lunch prepared by Chef Parsons and his culinary brigade.

The group included Chefs from Great Britain, South Korea, Germany, Morocco, India, Monaco, Iceland, France, Israel, Monaco, Spain and Canada’s Chef Katie Brown-Ardington, Chef to Prime Minister [of Canada] Justin Trudeau.

Each Chef received a bottle of Peller Estates Vidal Icewine as a memory of their visit to Niagara wine country.
