Matured, dried vegetal and slightly earthy nose, partly dried and candied yellow fruit. Sweet, again a little mature fruit with dried vegetable tones, very crisp acidity, earthy and mineral flavours on the palate, good persistence, bite, very good finish. Residual Sugar: 200g/L.Total Acidity: 12.3%
