Sourced from very old Sangiovese vines, this Testamatta appears a lovely ruby-red colour. On the nose, it releases an elegant bouquet with forest, tobacco, spices, chocolate notes and some minerality. On the palate it is refined, with smooth tannins, a nice body and a long finish. An easy-going and open Recommended dish include a fillet steak and mushrooms.
