Roccaia shines in the glass with a beautiful pale straw yellow animated by
reflections of ancient gold , bright and consistent.

Roccaia expresses intense aromas of yellow flowers and ripe fruit, rennet apple
and bergamot , and brackish notes , of aromatic herbs such as thyme and
lemon balm and almond, and pastry fragrances.

In the mouth Roccaia is a wine of an almost manual finesse , fresh but at the
same time soft , savory, with great persistence.

Roccaia could be combined with important first courses , such as a lasagna
with courgettes, speck and smoked provola or, as the Italian Sommelier
Association recommends, with tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and
shrimps .
