Yellow color, the first nose is spicy and smoked, after we feel the citrus and flint notes. The mouth is straight, with a good length. We like the acidity and the salinity. We face a great Riesling, produced on one of the oldest terroir of our area : Schiste de Villé or blue schist. To drink from now on and to keep 10 years. Dry wine.
