Nice yellow color, nose with a good freshness. In the palate the wine is tonic and pleasant. We like the length and the richness, the wine has also a fine acidity. Thanks to the terroir of granitsoil, the Pinot Blanc and the Auxerrois show a high minerality. To drink in one year and to lay down around 10 years. Dry wine.
