100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir grown at a Bouzy single site. Blend of 25% each of 2010 juice and 2011 juice, and 50% solera reserve. Alcoholic fermentation 80% in inox tanks, 20 % in sauterne barrels. Aged for around 4 years. Disgorgement only prior to ex-cellar. No dosage added.
