On the nose, aromas of white fruit and memories of grapefruit, and toasted notes.
On the palate, zingy acidity that will make the wine age favorably in the bottle and
improve over time.

Will pair nicely with omelets, soups, creams, fish stew and semi-mature cheese.
When stored properly, the shelf life in optimal conditions will be from now until
2024.
