Agency Wine

| A unique bouquet of perfumes in which juniper, chocolate and coffee stand out. It has a
dense, compact, and creamy color. Consistent and beautifully elegant. A wine to age for
years. It goes well with tozzetti or simply alone at the end of the meal.
Processed after 45 days of drying, it loses up to 75% of its weight in a room with
controlled temperature and humidity, and then ferments for 25 days with the skins.
