mad? Anyone who has spent more than five minutes with Hewitson will surely be able to explain. The Mad Hatter is Dean’s Shiraz interpretation where he chooses and blends from the premium parcels of fruit each year to best express the quality of vintage. Dean strives for balance, structure, concentration, power and of course breeding when selecting the final blend.
