| Cranberry red colour with an aromatic bouquet of strawberry jam, blue plum, cherry and watermelon. This Icewine has a rich, velvety mouth-feel with wonderful flavours of bumble-berry coulis, pomegranate and cherry. Lovely notes of red currant jelly, pomegranate molasses and red cherry linger on the finish. Sweetness Level: Sweet 230 gram/L
Serve chilled at 8 - 10c in small wine glasses, 1 to 2 oz per person. Enjoy before a meal, chilled with your favourite vodka and a couple of frozen grapes for an amazing Icewine Martini. Enjoy during a meal with peppercorn or with foie gras for a mouth sensation. Try with black olive tapenade on crusty baguette.
