| Beniotome sakura-Asuka Vivace! 芋焼酎 is an Imo Shochu (or imo jochu), a Japanese distilled beverage less than 45% alcohol by volume distilled from sweet potatoes (imo). And Vivace means "vividly" in Italan. Potato starch gelatinises at relatively low temperatures, so extra care and attention were given to the brewing process to make this Shochu. It is aromatic, delicious and juicy.
