Nestled in the heart of Hong Kong’s concrete jungle and the first of its kind able to accommodate visitors, Two Moons is a distillery producing 100% locally made premium craft gin. Established by two local distillers, experience a small-batch handcrafted gin of unprecedented elegance and complexity that aims to inspire gin-thusiasts and occasional drinkers alike with the beautiful craft of distilling.

Sourcing only the best botanicals around the world, this premium gin is distilled exclusively in only a hundred bottles per batch to ensure every bottle offers a refined experience on your palate.

WHY TWO MOONS?

Here at Two Moons Distillery, it has taken endless passion, patience, critique and persistence to create a quality gin that we are incredibly proud of - none of which would have been possible without our copper still, Luna, creator of every drop of our Signature Dry Gin. Named fittingly after her moon-shaped helmet, we decided to pay tribute to our heroine by coining her as Earth’s second moon where one can find the finest spirits hidden in the depths of her copper craters.

Come meet various half-mechanical creatures that inhabit this copper moon and learn the steps to our distillation process along the way - it is truly a unique Hong Kong experience and we still get mind blown by the fact that we have a distillery in the middle of industrial Chai Wan!

OUR BEGINNINGS

It all began one fateful day in 2017, when two local gin lovers - having found no craft gin from Hong Kong at the time - were determined to build something for themselves from the ground up. After a two year long journey filled with hurdles, drunk experiments and a whole lot of fun, Two Moons was finally licensed in September of 2019 and is now Hong Kong’s first micro-distillery that can open its doors to unveil the secrets of premium craft gin. In traditionally male-dominated industry, we are also proud to announce that our gin is also produced by the first woman distiller in Hong Kong!

With a 100L custom-built copper pot still from Germany and two mini ones for curious tests and experiments, we believe in handcrafting quality spirits through dedicated hard work and passion with an intention to build a strong community that loves and celebrates gin as much as we do!
