| Pale salmon color with blue highlights. A fresh and dainty nose of raspberry and strawberry Tagada candy. The palate is balanced, with notes of Fuji apple. A fresh finish. Serve between 8 to 10C, as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to salad with duck, or paella. The ultimate summer wine.
