Agency Wine

Clear, light straw yellow in color. In the nose aromas of lime, peach, apricot,
candied lemon and flint. In the taste palette very precise notes of lemon zest,
very ripe peach, freshly dried green herbs and something salty, which are
accompanied by a very long mineral finish with delicate nervous acids.

As an aperitif and with oysters, lobster, salads, salmon, Saint-Jacques
scallops, asparagus and smoked chicken.
